SVHOST.net, hostingmc.com, operado por McMexico.xyz, acepta prestar servicios al Suscriptor/cliente, sujeto a los siguientes ("Términos de servicio"). SVHOST, la empresa denominada en lo sucesivo ("SVHOST"), ("Nosotros"), y El Cliente, ("Cliente"), ("Usuario") y/o ("Usted").
El uso de los servicios de SVHOST constituye la aceptación y el acuerdo de nuestra AUP ("Política de uso aceptable") y ToS ("Términos de servicio"). El Cliente entiende que el cambio de los “TDS” por parte de SVHOST no será motivo para la rescisión anticipada del contrato o la falta de pago. Los servidores de Minecraft, los planes de alojamiento web, la compra de monedas y coins, VDS, VPS y dedicados NO son elegibles para reembolsos. Todos nuestros otros servicios, incluidos los complementos de productos o añadidos, NO son elegibles para un reembolso. No se emiten reembolsos cuando un cliente realiza una solicitud de cancelación en su servicio. Además de esto, los términos no son negociables y no son reembolsables.
Para cancelar sus servicios, debe cancelar cualquier suscripción de PayPal activa o algún otro método de pago automático o suscripción o ya no recargar monedas del Hosting. SVHOST, bajo ninguna circunstancia, será responsable de la pérdida de datos, la interrupción de la información o la distribución de información, incluido el acceso no autorizado a nuestros sistemas de servidor o cualquier otra pérdida de datos.
Cualquier solicitud de soporte requerida para los productos de SVHOST deberá enviarse a través del sistema de tickets en Discord, Tienda web, FB o correo electrónico. Cualquier otra forma de contacto distinta a estas no garantiza una respuesta adecuada por parte de un representante oficial.
SVHOST garantiza un tiempo de actividad del 99% en sus servicios de alojamiento web o servicio contratado por el cliente. En el raro caso de que se produzca un tiempo de inactividad no planificado fuera de este SLA, SVHOST compensará al cliente con el 5% del costo diario del servicio afectado cuando este no tenga acceso a su servicio en un lapso de 72 horas comprobables y continuas. La compensación se aplicará como crédito a la cuenta de facturación del cliente con SVHOST o al sistema de coins y luego podrá usarse para pagar futuras facturas o extender su servicio en el hosting. Si el fallo, problema o error es ajeno a SVHOST, este no será reembolsado.
SVHOST no puede garantizar que todos los códigos de promoción funcionen todo el tiempo.

Al comprar un servidor de SVHOST, nos permite modificar su servidor, esto incluye, entre otros, cambiar complementos, actualizar software del servidor y otras tareas relacionadas con la ejecución de un servidor de Minecraft. Cualquier declaración verbal o escrita para comprometer nuestros sistemas de servidor o cualquier otro equipo propiedad de SVHOST se tomará en serio y dará lugar a una mayor investigación y posibles demandas. Tras la cancelación de los pagos a SVHOST, su servidor se suspenderá a menos que se hagan arreglos previos. SVHOST se reserva el derecho exclusivo de detener, iniciar y modificar su servidor.
Si bien ofrecemos espacio en disco a nuestros clientes de alojamiento de Minecraft, nos reservamos el derecho de solicitarle que elimine archivos excesivos, como registros, copias de seguridad o cualquier otra cosa que consideremos excesiva. Cualquier archivo cargado que provoque que el servidor tenga lag o haga que el servidor no se pueda iniciar no es responsabilidad de SVHOST.
Si encontramos que su servidor usa algún tipo de sistema para eludir los límites establecidos en su servidor, como la cantidad de RAM, CPU u otros, su servidor está sujeto a ser cancelado sin reembolso. Además de esto, tampoco se tolera el abuso de CPU/RAM o recursos (ya sea intencional o no).
Nos reservamos todos los derechos para terminar su servidor o servicio ante cualquier violación de estos términos o cualquier otra base si se considera necesario. Sin ningún tipo de reembolso por incumplimiento de los términos por parte del cliente.
Los servicios de SVHOST no se pueden utilizar con fines ilegales o en apoyo de actividades ilegales. SVHOST se reserva el derecho de cooperar con las autoridades legales y/o terceros lesionados en la investigación de cualquier sospecha de delito o delito civil.
Se prohíbe el uso de los servicios de SVHOST para transmitir cualquier material (por correo electrónico, carga, publicación o de otro modo) que amenace o fomente el daño corporal o la destrucción de propiedad. También está prohibido el acoso mediante el uso de los servicios de SVHOST para transmitir cualquier material (por correo electrónico, carga, publicación o de otro modo) que acose a otra persona.
Está prohibido agregar, eliminar o modificar la información de identificación del encabezado de la red con el fin de engañar o inducir a error. Está prohibido intentar hacerse pasar por cualquier persona mediante el uso de encabezados falsos u otra información de identificación. El uso de remitentes anónimos o apodos no constituye suplantación de identidad.
El uso del servicio SVHOST para realizar ofertas fraudulentas para vender o comprar productos, ítems o servicios, o para promover cualquier tipo de estafa financiera como "esquemas piramidales" y "cartas en cadena" está prohibido.
El uso del servicio de SVHOST para acceder, o intentar acceder, a las cuentas de otros, o para penetrar, o intentar penetrar, las medidas de seguridad de SVHOST o el software o hardware, el sistema de comunicaciones electrónicas o el sistema de telecomunicaciones de otra entidad, ya sea que la intrusión resulte o no en la corrupción o pérdida de datos, está expresamente prohibida y la cuenta de SVHOST infractora está sujeta a terminación inmediata y mayor investigación. SVHOST no tolerará que ningún cliente intente acceder a las cuentas de otros, o penetrar las medidas de seguridad de otros sistemas, ya sea que la intrusión provoque o no corrupción o pérdida de datos.
Uso del servicio SVHOST para cualquier actividad que afecte la capacidad de otras personas o sistemas para usar los Servicios SVHOST o Internet. Esto incluye ataques de "Denegación de servicio" (DoS) contra otro host de red o usuario individual. Se prohíbe la interferencia o interrupción de otros usuarios de la red, servicios o equipos. El fraude implica una tergiversación a sabiendas o una declaración, escrito o actividad engañosa realizada con la intención de que la persona que la recibe actúe en consecuencia. El fraude está estrictamente prohibido y los delitos serán investigados.
Nuestros productos pueden contener enlaces a sitios web, anunciantes, servicios, ofertas especiales u otros eventos o actividades de terceros que SVHOST no posee ni controla. No respaldamos ni asumimos ninguna responsabilidad por dichos sitios, información, materiales, productos o servicios de terceros. Si accede a cualquier sitio web, servicio o contenido de terceros de SVHOST, lo hace bajo su propio riesgo y acepta que SVHOST no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad derivada de su uso o acceso a cualquier sitio web, servicio o contenido de terceros.

Algunos servicios de Hosting ofrecen un Hosting web para tu servidor en el cual puedes promocionar tu servidor con tu comunidad y se alinea a las políticas ya antes mencionadas. En caso de que se use para otros términos, este puede ser borrado y eliminado sin ningún tipo de respaldo, además de conllevar a la cancelación del servicio.
El afiliado es un beneficio que se le da al cliente automáticamente al volverse cliente y te da un 5%, 10%, y hasta un 15% de las monedas que tus afiliados compren. De inicio te da un 5% en las monedas que compran tus afiliados, esta promoción puede ser permanente o no. Todo depende de la disponibilidad. En caso de que se requiera aumentar, se debe abrir un ticket en el soporte ya mencionado y se valorará el aumento.

SVHOST.net, SVHOST.com operated by McMexico.xyz agrees to provide services to the Subscriber/client, subject to the following ("Terms of Service"). SVHOST, the company hereinafter referred to as ("SVHOST"), ("We"), and The Client, ("Client"), ("User") and/or ("You").
Use of SVHOST services constitutes acceptance and agreement to our AUP ("Acceptable Use Policy") and ToS ("Terms of Service"). All provisions of this agreement are subject to occasional change at SVHOST's discretion. The Client understands that changes to the “ToS” by SVHOST will not be grounds for early termination of the contract or non-payment. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Minecraft servers, web hosting plans, purchase of coins, VDS, VPS, and dedicated servers are NOT eligible for refunds. All our other services, including product add-ons or additions, are NOT eligible for a refund. No refunds are issued when a client places a cancellation request on their service. Furthermore, these terms are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
To cancel your services, you must cancel any active PayPal subscription or any other automatic payment method or subscription, or stop reloading Hosting coins. As SVHOST does not have access to client accounts, we cannot and will not be responsible for unwanted payments made through the use of automatic payment subscription service, manual payment, semi-automatic payment, or any payment method the client uses.
SVHOST, under no circumstances, will be liable for data loss, information interruption, or information distribution, including unauthorized access to our server systems or any other data loss.
Any support request required for SVHOST products must be submitted through the ticket system on Discord, Web Store, FB, or email. Any other form of contact other than these does not guarantee an adequate response from an official representative.
SVHOST guarantees 99% uptime on its web hosting services or services contracted by the client. In the rare event of unplanned downtime outside this SLA, SVHOST will compensate the client with 5% of the daily cost of the affected service when they do not have access to their service for a verifiable and continuous period of 72 hours. Compensation will be applied as credit to the client's SVHOST billing account or to the coins system and can then be used to pay future invoices or extend their hosting service. And if the fault, problem, or error is unrelated to SVHOST, it will not be refunded.
SVHOST cannot guarantee that all promotional codes will work all the time.
SVHOST reserves the right to seek and consult with the appropriate authorities who may need to be involved should an issue arise, either due to a violation of this policy or any other illegal act requiring the involvement of law enforcement agencies. SVHOST considers any communication between the parties confidential; upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval exists, we will take action to the full extent of the law.
By purchasing an SVHOST server, you allow us to modify your server, including but not limited to changing add-ons, updating server software, and other tasks related to running a Minecraft server. Any verbal or written statement to compromise our server systems or any other equipment owned by SVHOST will be taken seriously and will lead to further investigation and possible lawsuits. Upon cancellation of payments to SVHOST, your server will be suspended unless prior arrangements are made. SVHOST reserves the exclusive right to stop, start, and modify your server.
While we offer disk space to our Minecraft hosting clients, we reserve the right to ask you to remove excessive files, such as logs, backups, or anything else we deem excessive. Any uploaded file that causes the server to lag or prevents the server from starting is not SVHOST's responsibility.
If we find that your server uses any system to circumvent the limits set on your server, such as RAM, CPU, or others, your server is subject to cancellation without refund. In addition, CPU/RAM or resource abuse (whether intentional or not) is not tolerated.
Furthermore, we reserve all rights to terminate your server or service for any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed necessary. No refund will be issued for client's breach of terms.
SVHOST services cannot be used for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities. SVHOST reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil offense.
The use of SVHOST services to transmit any material (by email, upload, posting, or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or property destruction is prohibited. Harassment by using SVHOST services to transmit any material (by email, upload, posting, or otherwise) that harasses another person is also prohibited.
It is prohibited to add, delete, or modify network header identification information for the purpose of deceiving or misleading. It is prohibited to attempt to impersonate any person by using false headers or other identifying information. The use of anonymous senders or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.
Use of the SVHOST service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to promote any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes" and "chain letters" is prohibited.
The use of the SVHOST service to access, or attempt to access, others' accounts, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, the security measures of SVHOST or the software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system of another entity, whether or not the intrusion results in data corruption or loss, is expressly prohibited and the offending SVHOST account is subject to immediate termination and further investigation. SVHOST will not tolerate any client attempting to access others' accounts, or penetrating the security measures of other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in data corruption or loss.
Use of the SVHOST service for any activity that affects the ability of other people or systems to use SVHOST Services or the Internet. This includes "Denial of Service" (DoS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services, or equipment is prohibited. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their network is securely configured. A client may not, by action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. This includes "bulk/unsolicited email" (spam). A client may not allow their network, by action or inaction, to be configured in such a way as to give a third party the ability to use their network illegally or inappropriately. Unauthorized entry and/or use of another company's and/or person's computer system will result in immediate account termination.
Fraud involves a knowing misrepresentation or a misleading statement, writing, or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. Fraud is strictly prohibited, and offenses will be investigated.
Our products may contain links to websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other third-party events or activities that SVHOST does not own or control. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third-party website, service, or content from SVHOST, you do so at your own risk, and you agree that SVHOST will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.
For web hosting plans that include disk space, some fair use policies apply.
We may ask you to remove content if it does not comply with the terms described here. SVHOST reserves the right to determine what constitutes unfair use, and if the client does not comply, SVHOST also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the client's account.
All the above terms also apply to dedicated servers/VPS KVM/VDS sold/rented/sub-rented by SVHOST. In addition to these, there are a number of terms that apply exclusively to dedicated servers/VPS/KVM/VDS:

Some Hosting services offer web hosting for your server where you can promote your server with your community, and this aligns with the policies already mentioned. If it is used for other terms, it may be deleted and removed without any backup, in addition to leading to the cancellation of the service.
The affiliate is a benefit automatically given to the client upon becoming a client and gives you 5%, 10%, and up to 15% of the coins your affiliates purchase. Initially, it gives you 5%. If an increase is required, a ticket must be opened in the aforementioned support, and the increase will be evaluated.
